Return & Refund Policy
We take great care to make sure your order reaches you in a beautiful condition.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products, Seraphim&Sapphire offers a full return and refund within 30 days, for merchandise purchased online.
We accept returns for Home&Accessories, Necklaces, Bracelets, Anklets, Brooch and Rings. We don’t accept refunds for earrings due to health and sanitary reasons, or for personalised items.
For the return and refund to be valid, the product needs to be in it’s original packaging and box. With no damage to the interior and exterior box, or the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To initiate the return and refund process, you can contact us at seraphimandsapphire@gmail.com with the problem and proof of purchase. We will cover the return shipping costs by emailing you a digital pre-paid shipping label that you can print off and cover up the initial shipping label. If there is an issue with this, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.
Place the new shipping label on top of the old one and post it at your nearest post office.

Damages and issues / Non-refundables
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before 9am on the day of dispatch. We will only accept cancellations by telephone or email. For a cancellation by email, this will only be considered effective once you have received confirmation from us of the cancellation. Cancellations by post or any other means are not acceptable.
